Fine Art Nude Photoshoot in Warsaw: Process, Preparation and Privacy
A fine art nude doesn’t start with posing. It starts with knowing that you’re the one deciding how the session goes. If you’re thinking about a nude session in Warsaw, here’s everything practical: how it’s organised, how long it takes, how to prepare and what happens to your photos.
For what a fine art nude is and how it differs from boudoir, see What is fine art nude photography.
Key takeaways
- A session lasts two to four hours, depending on the package.
- It takes place in a studio or interior in Warsaw chosen for your session, outdoors, or while travelling.
- We agree on the level of nudity beforehand, and you can change it at any time.
- I guide every pose. No experience needed.
- Any publication requires your written consent. Without it, the photos stay with you.
The session, step by step
1. Conversation and consultation
We begin with a no-obligation conversation. In the consultation we agree on mood, style (full nude, implied nude, or mixed with boudoir), location and your boundaries, including anything you know you don’t want. After booking you receive a personal preparation guide. Everything can be in English.
2. Location
For each session I book a studio or interior in Warsaw that suits the concept. Outdoor sessions near the city are possible too, as are sessions while travelling, in Poland or abroad (the L’Atelier Privé package). I photograph one session a day, so we’re never interrupted or rushed.
3. The day
From La Maison up we start with makeup and hair. Then we talk for a moment and you get a feel for the space. We can begin clothed, in a shirt or with fabric, and nudity comes in when you feel ready. If you don’t feel ready, that’s fine too.
I show you each pose, tell you what I see in the frame and ask how it feels. You can pause, reach for a robe or say no at any moment.
4. Choosing and retouching
Afterwards you choose your images from a private gallery or at a viewing together, in person or online. I retouch by hand and with restraint: light and tone, not reshaping the body.
How long it takes
- La Découverte: up to 2 hours.
- La Maison: up to 3 hours, with makeup and hair.
- La Couture: up to 4 hours in a distinctive location, with full artistic direction.
- L’Atelier Privé: a whole day, also outside Warsaw.
Details and prices are on the pricing page and in How much does a boudoir photoshoot cost.
How to prepare
- For the journey, wear loose clothes without tight elastic or seams, so they don’t leave marks.
- Bring a robe, water and a small snack. Your favourite music too, if you like.
- Fabric and accessories: if you have something you love (silk, linen, jewellery), bring it. From La Maison up you can also use the atelier wardrobe.
- Your body: you don’t need to change or prepare anything. Just avoid trying new skincare right before the session.
Privacy and consent
Your photos are yours. They are never published, shared or used without your written consent. Consent to publish is a separate decision, which you can make (or not) after you’ve seen the images. Plenty of women keep everything entirely to themselves.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to be fully nude?
No. A nude can be implied: the body veiled by fabric, shadow, a hand or the frame. You decide.
Can I do a nude session with my partner?
Couples’ sessions are possible in the L’Atelier Privé package. Write to me and we’ll talk about the concept.
Can the session be outdoors?
Yes. I also shoot outdoors around Warsaw and, on request, while travelling.
What will I receive?
High-resolution retouched files (8 to 25, depending on the package) and, in the higher packages, prints, a fine art album or a large-format piece.
Could my photos appear on your website or in an exhibition?
Only with your written consent. Without it, your images never leave your gallery.
If you’d like to talk about a nude session, write to me. A message isn’t a booking, just the start of a conversation.
