What data I collect and why
I process the data you send through the contact form (name, email address, type of session and your message) to reply to you and, if we arrange a session, to prepare and carry it out. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR (your consent, steps before entering into and performing a contract, and my legitimate interest in replying to correspondence).
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the technical mechanisms it needs to work. Google Analytics 4 runs only if you consent to it in the cookie banner. Without consent, no analytics data is collected. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings.
Photographs and likeness
I publish session photographs only with your written consent, and only in the way you agree to. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to artur@therevivalatelier.com.
Who I share data with
I never sell your data or share it for marketing. I use technical service providers who process data on my behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (delivering contact form messages to my inbox) and, only with your consent, Google (analytics). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long I keep data
I keep correspondence for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, to carry out the session. Data related to the service is kept for as long as the law requires (e.g. tax rules), and no longer than 5 years after our collaboration ends.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with Poland's data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
